Lethe's schedule Finally I've found five spare minutes to write something, I'm sorry for the lack of content lately and if I've been slow to reply to your messages/email but as when sometimes it happens real life problems take away all your free time, so what has been going on lately?

- First of all finally in January I'll relocate to a new house me and my GF have rented, I'm really happy about this as probably my life will be a bit more relaxed as I'll live near my work place and will waste less time traveling back and forth, I know this is not properly the kind of stuff you usually read on my blog but I'm really happy about this achievement and wanted my readers be the first to know about this.

- I had to reschedule, yes once again :( , my RHCE exam that I should sit in June 2010. I had to move the exam once again (sorry Red Hat I know you're hating me for all the emails I've sent you!) due to the relocation (which is sucking away all my time buying and organizing stuff) and to the fact I'm continuing my adventure in the Citrix world.

- As written above my adventure in the Citrix world is going on, I've been really busy lately studying for the challenging track which is fine as I'm having a lot of fun learning new stuff and even growing to like some (just SOME) stuff in the Windows world :) I'm of course working on a full 8 (well 12/14) hours shift a day and studying during the night… which is typical of me so nothing new on this front. In January I should even attend the official courses where I hope I'll be able to cover the gaps I have in my limited experience and knowledge.

- I've successfully completed the integration project (Linux machines in a Windows farm) I've written of some posts ago, well at least I've completed my part as an Architect meaning that I've been running on and off various meetings with the customer, meetings with manager, meetings with the PMs, meetings with everyone and have written TONS (literally) of technical documentation that my collegues together with the customers should follow to implement what I've engineerized (hopefully with success ;) ).

With this mini project finally completed on my part I should have more spare time to dedicate to my hobbies and to the blog, at least I hope so, but finally I have my internet connection back as where I used to work there was no access to the internet for contractors and consultants like me.

With this post I also want to thank you all for taking the time to cast a vote on the poll online on the blog, if you did not already please CAST A VOTE,  where I've asked the community and my readers what about a forum entirely dedicated to the Linux world where I hope people will come to share informations, experiences and know how… As I've written in a previous post usually in the most of the forums the Linux section is just a little and dark "room" in a larger forum and my intent is that of creating something totally dedicated to the Linux world (technical, job and certification related) and I'm really excited to tell the feedback was quite good, I'll post the results once the poll is closed, and I'm already working on making the forum ready. I'm always open to suggestions and proposal so feel free to get involved and if you happen to have experience with PhpBB, this will be the platform used, let me know if you want to lend me a hand as I'm total new bie in this world.

Well I think this is more or less everything interesting going on during these days, stay tuned as I'm already working on new posts and material I'll make available soon.

Lethe.
